Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AgooData, operated by Tip Consult GH ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a data bundle, results-checker PIN, or operating a reseller store on AgooData, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

AgooData lets you purchase mobile data bundles (MTN, Telecel, AT) and WAEC/BECE results-checker PINs, funded from a prepaid wallet, and lets approved agents operate their own reseller storefront on the platform.

2. Wallet and Payments

Wallet top-ups are processed via mobile money/card (Paystack) or a manual review process. All sales are final once a bundle or PIN is delivered; a failed or refunded order is credited back to your wallet automatically.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. You are responsible for checking the recipient phone number and network before you pay: an order delivered to a wrong number cannot be refunded. An order that fails is still refunded automatically.

You can also buy without an account ("guest"). Guests pay each order through Paystack and have no wallet; if a guest order can't be delivered, the full amount paid is refunded through Paystack to the mobile money number or card used, on Paystack's normal refund timeline. Guests can check an order at any time on the Track order page using the payment reference and the recipient phone number.

3. Agent Stores

Agents set their own resale prices above the platform price and are solely responsible for their own store's representations to their customers. AgooData is not a party to the transaction between an agent and their customer beyond fulfilling the underlying data bundle order.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use AgooData for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose.

5. Service Availability

AgooData depends on third-party network providers and payment processors; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
