Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 18, 2026

1. What We Collect

Name, email, phone number, wallet transaction history, order history (recipient phone numbers for data bundle and results-checker purchases), and, if you register as an agent, your store name and pricing. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google — we do not request or receive access to your Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google service.

2. How We Use It

To process orders through the Datamart API, manage your wallet balance, process payments via Paystack, and provide customer support.

3. Who We Share It With

Datamart (to fulfill your bundle/checker order), Paystack (to process a payment), and no one else, except as required by Ghanaian law.

4. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data or request account deletion, subject to Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and financial record-retention requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

5. Session Recording

With your permission (a consent banner is shown on your first visit — recording never starts before you accept, and you may decline), we keep a short rolling recording of on-screen activity for a few seconds at a time. It is only ever saved and sent to us if you hit an error or appear to get stuck on something — it is never uploaded otherwise, and is discarded automatically if neither happens. Form fields (including amounts and any text you type) and your wallet balance are masked before recording; we never capture your password, card number, or MoMo PIN. Saved recordings are viewable only by AgooData admin staff and are deleted after 30 days.

6. Data Retention

Crash/error logs are retained for 90 days, session recordings for 30 days (see §5). Financial and order records are retained as required by law.
