End User License Agreement

Effective date: September 18, 2026

1. License Grant

Tip Consult GH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use AgooData for its intended purpose — purchasing data bundles and results-checker PINs, and, if approved, operating a reseller store.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer, resell access to, or use AgooData to circumvent its wallet/pricing system.

3. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms, with any remaining wallet balance refunded per our standard process.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

AgooData is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of third-party network or payment services we depend on.
